Work Execution plan (WEP) as well as Construction Arrangement development (CAD) refers to the compulsory documentation regulates the organization of construction according to the current Ukrainian legislation. If CAD is developed for all projects on the construction site, so WEP can be developed for separate projects, for some types of works. WEP helps to arrange some works on the construction site and can include: layout and location plan, the scheme of work performance, instructions for the performance and safety rules. The quality of WEP influences over the approval time frame of documents in the relevant authorities as well as over the final profitability of performed (and future) works.
